Invasive Weed

Definitely not ground elder! Though there’s a bit of bind weed in your picture!

Thank you all so much, I had a horrible suspicion that it might be Ground Elder. Don't really want it everywhere though!

Thyme too with its oil. Surprising how many plants guard against infection, either eaten or used as a salve.

I use Rosemary stems rolling them in my hands as that plant has antiviral/bacterial properties.

I believe you can use the leaves to make a sort of soap and it has antibacterial properties!
Old remedy.

We've got Saponaria all over the place as well. I don't mind leaving bits of it as it has a pretty flower.

We suffer with the same so interested to know what it is, I think it actually flowered last year, might have been pink flowers.
