My previously healthy, well growing sweet peas have all suddenly started to look like the attached photo. It seems to have happened over the last couple of days. I googled a bit but can't seem to find anything that looks the same. I don't think its leaf miner as there are no 'trails' and its not powdery mildew. I cant see any insects that might be eating them. Are there any sweet pea experts have any ideas please? They were grown from seed indoors and planted out about a month ago. They are currently about 18" high and were going well until now. Thanks for any advice.

The weather has not been kind to newly grown plants. I suspect that the change from extremely hot weather to cooler, then all the rain has affected the leaves.
Are the plants still climbing and upright? If so I wouldn’t worry too much.

Hi J52. Yes that does make sense. One minute its baking hot and the next its pretty chilly! They seem to still be growing strong but look a little unsightly. Perhaps they will recover as they grow. Thank you.
