It’s been absolutely bucketing down here (SW London) and a lot of my tomatoes (outdoors in pots) that were virtually ready to pick, have split. ? And until now I was so chuffed that I hadn’t been beset by blossom end rot or blight or any other tomato nasties.
I’ve always kept them well watered, so it was definitely the deluge wot done it.
I shall be making a pasta sauce later today!
