This plant is popping up all over my daughter’s new garden. Do you have any idea what it is? Thank you

It’s Arum isn’t it

Yes, Arum Italicum I think.

I'd get rid of it.

Ps it spreads and it's poisonous to humans and wildlife.

It's cuckoo pint, we had some at the base of a rather wild hedge and I just kept digging it out.

It's not the common or garden wild arum, it's a cultivar. If you don't like it, get digging!

I have some I bought years ago, it spreads, but not as badly as the wild variety. I also have that and it pops up all over the place, I think it seeds more easily.

Oh dear, DD keeps taking it out but it pops up else where in the garden. However, we now have a name for it and will be more careful not to have skin contact. Thank you.

It’s Arum italicum pictum.
I made the mistake of planting it in our last garden and it’s an awfully invasive plant. The bulbs retreat deep into the soils and make little brown bulbils which are difficult to see. The all start growing too.
I completely emptied my herbaceous border, covered it in black membrane and then replanted through holes. Then mulched the lot with bark.
I wonder if it worked?
It is poisonous too.
