… so here we are in the height of midsummer and I appear to have just ordered nearly £40 worth of autumn bulbs! All it took was one email from a certain, well-known, bulb supplier landing in my inbox ….. 🙄🙄🤣

You're not alone HappyGardener my tulips for next year have been ordered for a while from Sarah Raven. If you leave it till Autumn some of the varieties will be sold out. I find it much easier to order soon after this years display has finished flowering so that I know where the gaps need filling.

It was the tulips that were my downfall Calipso! I noticed a type I really wanted were sold out on one website but available on another so there was nothing for it ….!!

You’re not alone 😄 I ordered some more tulips from Sarah Raven months ago. I told myself I wasn’t going to have anymore, but, just couldn’t resist.
Plants or anything relating to the garden is the only area where I don’t look at the price.
