Is this normal? I've tried home remedies to remove fuzz and nothings worked. I've search online for answer and get nothing helpful.

DH grows lilies. He says that they look happy enough so he recommends a wait and see approach.

Also could be the silken webs of spider mites. They won't damage your lilies.
