Is there anyone on GN who has ever successfully grown these?

They look really lovely in photos. I have had my 4th attempt in 10 years to grow some in a pot this year. They usually produce shoots which never get higher than 3-4 inches and that’s as far as it ever goes.

No, I’ve given up on them. I’ve tried twice, and they haven’t come to anything except leaves. I think they might do best if you have a warm, south facing garden in the south of England.

I have done but they disappeared!

Do we need to plant new ones each year? They're corms, which I thought were like cyclamens which spread everywhere, but apparently not.
