Lawn repair after damage by sack barrow

I live in a park home and I have had a new gas cylinder delivered. The only way to get to the back is over the grass, I won’t call it a lawn because it’s more like a field under water at the moment. I wonder if anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of the ruts, bearing in mind that I don’t have a lot of gardening equipment as I just mow the grass and nothing else. I tried to upload a picture, but it says it is too large and I don’t know how to take a smaller one.
