Can we do an alphbetical pudding list I wonder?It can include puds from any cuisine. I am doing an easy one [and also my favourite pud]

pass on 'B's'. I remember puddings were all milky - Rice, semolina, ground rice, tapioca, sago, macaroni, or the occasional tinned fruit salad and 'Libby's evaporated milk, all very important stuffsmile

Blimey J ....that's a tricky one. Can remember my Mum making me Junket once when I was having one of my many bouts of tonsillitis....it was horrid....all sweet, watery and sloppy. Jam sponge and custard every time please!
