Can we do an alphbetical pudding list I wonder?It can include puds from any cuisine. I am doing an easy one [and also my favourite pud]

X-rated pudding......you know the ones that did not work out and you end up swearing at! The meringue that stuck, the steamed sponge that was too dense and the custard that 'lumped'.
