Seperating fsnily tree

Is there any way of seperating my maternal line from paternal line ? I have them on ancestry and just realised cousins on each side will have no interest in other side -duh! Will I have to enter every name one by one in a new tree?

Yes, they are all gedcom now.
I had a trial on the genealogist earlier this year, and found things on it that are not on the others. If you do a trial with them I think they give you a bigger discount.
You need the diamond one, which costs under £100, and only has poor law records missing. I can check those up on Ancestry before that finishes.
