I'm still UMMMMMMING...We're all anxious to welcome the little one x

Syberia is either still asleep having been up all night, or admiring her new grand daughter, I hope!

Oh syberia, shes really putting you through it. Its such a strain watching and waiting for our daughters to have their babies. We worry about what are darling daughters are going through and for the babies they are having. I really feel for you. Am sure all will be well very soon, the trouble is that time seems to move so slowly pre-birth. Can remember when I was 14 days late, my darling Mum took me into hospital and just told me to stop being so damned stoic and 'lay it on thick'. I think I burst into tears and they all soon jumped to it to get the birth started. Thinking of you all XX

I was up all night when DD had both her babies - if she ever has any more, I think I want an epidural (or general!)

*Syberiaaaaa*!! What's happening? Has she been for bumpy drives and eaten curries, had a cervical sweep, redecorated the nursery? Surely today must be Violet's birthday?? No...????? Yes....?? Can you tell there's some impatience around here?

Grief! Just realised that I've been Ummmming and should have been Ommmmming Now the vibes should be reaching across the air-waves to welcome baby Violet.

I think it's the vibes that count, soop, so the exact pronunciation won't matter .

Born by c-section at 5.54 a.m. Violet Edie weighed in at 9lb 1oz. Was a very difficult time for mum and baby but all is now well. DH and I are now in Yorkshire admiring her!
