If you go to the bottom of the email it will have an unsubscribe area to tick or if you have created an account with them update your mailing preferences.

Unfortunately now that you have completed one survey you will get many more from different companies as your details are sold.

A few weeks ago we had a survey through post, one of those envelopes with just address on it outside saying Sport England it was asking us to take part. Went on line did it got £5 voucher I choose costa, over the next 3 weeks have had 3 reminders plus paper copy in case I could not go on line.
So 4 lots of postage, approximately 12 printed sheets, for something I can choose to do or not. What a waste of money want to point this out to someone but who, have had similar a few times in last 5 years or so.
I have dyslexia so going to get GD to compose letter before she goes back to university.
