Happy Granny Day

I’ve got 12 Grandkids in 12 years now, 13 in September. 4 are half American, we only see once a year, but the other 8/9 are local, I babysit no end, and the children are an absolute delight, and exhausting! ? and expensive! They are my life, I do nothing else ❤️‍?❤️‍?❤️‍?❤️‍?

16 years in July l now have 6 ranging down to 4 years. Such an honour being a Nanna l love it ❤

My first grandson was born 15 years ago in July and grand daughter 11 years in June. Beautiful NATURALLY.

It will be 12 years in August for us. Another 4 between our 2DS's have followed. What a fantastic club this is. Feel very blessed to be so involved in their lives ❤️❤️❤️

15 years ago last October my granddaughter came along. And a grandson 7 years ago also last October. I felt having only just turned 45 at the time (also in October!) I was still fairly young . I love them both to bits

Recently we became Great grandparents! What joy!

23 years ago my first granddaughter was born and l became a Nanny, closely followed by my 2nd granddaughter 12 days later. I now have 8 grandchildren, sadly my first granddaughter passed away aged 9 months following major heart surgery. I now have 2 great grandchildren. I am so very blessed.

14 years ago was the best day of my life,my first Gc and it gets better by the day.
Another three since.

My eldest DGD is nearly 15, she was a concealed pregnancy, so a bit of a shock. Her 11 year old brother was too. Then we have a 9 year old DSGD, a 6 year old DGD, and our latest DGD is 3 months. Our poor DGS is quite outnumbered.

Our only grandson was born just over 19 years ago ,when I was 49 .We have 4 grandaughters from 15 to 2 and a half .They are all a joy ,the brightest, funniest kids all with hearts of gold .

I am very lucky that they all msg me or phone me regularly ,and the giant of a 19 year old still hugs me when we meet and part .I do miss the one who used to live with us half of every week but I still see her regularly and "her" room is still there if she wants it

We’ve been privileged members of the immensely proud grandparents club for eighteen years. Eight grandchildren, last one four years ago.

3 and a half years for me, followed by another 6 months ago, both GS's, both the lights of my life!

11 years ago when my lovely DGS was born, the light of my life! Then when the second light of my life was born 6 years ago. My darling DGD. Someone asked me recently which one is my favourite. I said whichever one I am with at the moment.

17 years & 8 months first one arrived 4 more DGC followed, lots & lots of memories made in that time. Had some ups and downs in the mix but yes love them all dearly

Will be nine years this July! Then they came along like buses and we have five, the last born in 2018.

6.5 years ago I became a granny at 50 ....now have 3 gorgeous GDs

Became a Nini nearly 13 years ago. DGD was born as we were setting off on a transatlantic cruise so had to wait 12 days for my first cuddle! Since then 2 more DGS.
You really can’t put into words the love you feel for your grandchildren.

DGD 17 years ago in August followed 2nd DGD who was 13 yesterday.

We were living in France when DD1 went into labour and made a mad dash for a flight to arrive a few hours before DGD1 was born. When DGD1 was 2yrs old, we sold up in France to return home and be part of our new little bundle’s life.

Turned our life upside down in the best possible way being involved in their upbringing and still a big part of their lives.

The photo of Paw, feeling such love for his GC is so sweet. A treasured moment.

Just over 7 years ago - I was 67.
Now have 3 lovely Gdcs.???

We celebrated my first grandson's christening the same week as my 60th birthday. He will be 8 next month.

Lovely picture Maw and I so agree with you about the club! We joined 13 and a half years ago and our eldest DGD is now the same height as me (5ft 8ins)! We now have five, love them all to bits, it’s a joy watching them grow and their individual characters develop.
