Tara came running in the French doors around 8pm when I was chatting to a friend. There will be none of last night's nonsense. She has had more than 2 hours sleep than myself- it is okay for some.

Obviously I do hope all will be ok - tomorrow is another day and all that - but it sounds as if tonight you need a friend. Thinking of you and hope all goes well for you and Paw xx

Maw I'm sorry, I've only just come back to the kitchen. Health problems here too. I do hope you find things a little better tomorrow. Weekends in hospital are never good and hopefully tomorrow you can talk to a more senior doctor. It's a strain visiting hospital every day so do look after yourself too. I see a new greyhound is likely and Hattie sounds lovely. Something nice to look forward to.

She was rather pleased with herself Swanny . I like that she is interested and am determined that she will not be sucked into the instant route. I hate the fact that many schools now teach cooking using tins and packets when that is often not the cheapest routes. Our young people need the basic life skills ( off soapbox now :-) )

Sorry to hear about Freddie Maw but these things happen for a reason. Black greyhounds are my favourite.... My Grandad always used to say 'if you see a black greyhound in trap 3 put your shirt on it ' !! {smile]
