phoenix
, oh dear.
Well, found a newly opened cafe, delicious cake and excellent tea consumed on very comfortable chairs. It could be my new second home. Definitely no walk, its raining any sort of animal you can think of. Still parcel collected, cake consumed, irritating issue with the car sorted while we waited and a dine in for £10 purchased from you know where. All in all a good afternoon.
I've an early start and a late finish tomorrow soop so wishing you a safe journey and a very enjoyable get together. Macs is doing the right thing, you'd both worry terribly if you both left your boy.
I'm seriously intrigued about our misdemenour. Hope it was a good one.
Can't think anyone has been that norty.
Third time lucky for the flu jab charley. Had ours on Saturday. No less than five people jabbing away in the surgery with appointments at two minute intervals. Can't be many people left to be done.
Those photos are lovely, grannyq. Pleased you returned unscathed from your scramble. The colours are just what is needed for a grey day. As soop says there are worse things in the world but right now some sunshine would be oh so welcome.
N&G I think poorly people are allowed to throw things out of prams, it wasn't you, it was the germs. Hope you can get that x-ray, just to be sure what's going on in there.
Your husband sounds to be struggling greyd, hope he can be sorted properly soon. I sympathise with the tile saga, been there and thought I possessed all the t-shirts but there is one left for you it seems. Keep repeating 'and this too will pass', moan away when it helps, we don't mind.
Right, all that cake has done nothing to stop me wanting something to eat so back to the rl kitchen for me. There will be wine later
Take care all, especially poorly ones, those caring for them and those travelling.
Have you stopped buying papers?
Retiring and living frugally in money from downsizing after years of stress
and I can now vouch for the fact that cat farts STINK

It must be the sea breeze!!
