TheWeirdoAgain1
Good morning, Miss Redd and welcome to GN and the UK! We're a good bunch of cucumbers on here!
Your dog and cat sound absolutely gorgeous!
I'm female and 60, never married/no kids by choice and I've only ever lived alone. No family of any sort. Various hobbies and interests.
I work as a carer in a home for the disabled, some physically, some mentally and some both and I do all kinds of long and exhausting shifts, might be 6am to 6pm or the other way around, anything ''other'' and I've been know to do 18 hour shifts when we're short staffed so on here I can go a few days without coming on at all but then other times I'm here regularly, depending on the shifts and how much sleep I need!

I live with Percy Kitten, my Robopet!
Have a great time on here and if you're stressed and need to moan and rant, let it all out, there's ears everywhere here!
Hello TheWeirdoAgain1 !! Thank you for your wonderful message! You sound a very busy person, indeed, which is great. You are in the care industry, as am I- in many ways. We take care of people who are in need. I am sure we have much in common.
Your shifts are intense, but it sounds as if you were built for it. I hope you get some time to diffuse and take good care of you as well. I know it can be overwhelming, but my hat is off to you for what you do. Such a very important job.
Hello to Percy Kitten as well! SO cute! Thanks again for the fabulous welcome and I will look forward to seeing you around!
