Your own body reminding you of lost loved ones

Is it just me but I find memories of lost loved ones in strange places! A shop window reflecting my walk, Oh hello Mum! Painting my nails and seeing my sisters hands (She was older than me and as I age I see her hands in my own). I find my Dads eye in my granddaughter. I find these reminders strangely comforting.

I can't post a photto here.

I only have to look at my youngest, 34 years old, to see my dad in his younger years. Peas in a pod.
