Just Checkin In

Geez. Lotsa welcomes and howdy's and I thank all of you very much for each and every one of them. What a wonderful welcome. I'm sort of blown away in a good way. Thanks.

Hello Fred
Cochran is a familiar surname from where I grew up!

Now I've got Wichita Lineman as my ear worm 😀

Hey Fred from a very sunny London.
Have visited the US several times, lived there for a couple of years in NYC and have family in NYC, Los Angeles, and North Carolina.
Welcome to GN.

Cool and thanks for the welcome. Wichita lineman huh? Glen Cambell, I think. Not a bad song. I liked it.

Sorry Fallingstar got the messages messed up. I lived in LA several years back. Too big to smelly and to plastic. Now North Caroline is a whole new world. It's wonderful but hot as hell in the summertime.

JenniRen yeh I got our messages messed up also. But maybe you saw it anyway. Anyway, like I said lineman is a good song, but I don't care much for country but that one was ok. Mostly violin and cello. Joshua Bell is one my favorites in violin.

Welcome Fred from rainy old Lancashire.
Plenty of chit chat, good tips & advice.
Just off to bed 🥱 what time is it there?

Hi and ok I will.

Hello Fred and welcome aboard. I'm in Florida and have been on GN for several years. It's a relaxing part of my morning routine. No matter where we live, at a certain age, we are going through similar life issues. It sounds like you lead an interesting life, I look forward to your input.

Bienvenue Fred. Welcome to Grasnet and all our best wishes for a wonderful summer season.

Might as well do a round trip and welcome you from North West Wales

Good morning, Fred and welcome to GN! We're a good bunch of cucumbers here! It's 9:15am.

I'm TheWeirdo as I was once a carer in a home for the physically and mentally disabled and one of my lovely residents, in his 80s with severe learning disabilities jokingly referred to me as weirdo! He never used my actual name!

From Whitby, England. Originally from Cumbria but I moved to Whitby in January 2026. I'm 61, never married/no kids by choice. Working f/t.

I hope you have a great time here!

All the best
Weirdo.
