I've done the same as Woody, but mostly I seem to wake at 4am, last night I woke with leg cramp at 3 and had to get up and walk around...have been getting some cramp with trying to diet - in my feet - and I thought I had solved this by taking more calcium, maybe I didn't take one lot yesterday.
I get very tired of seeing the sun rise.........sometimes I can sleep again, sometimes not.
