I think you are right. Faye - I don't eat much sugar as I don't have a sweet tooth, but I do think that a high carb meal (porridge for breakfast for example) brings it on. And I find an apple soon soothes it. I am just really curious to find out why it happens. Reactive hypo is reacting to something - and I'd like to know what that something is. The episodes are getting more frequent (but still one a week at most) and they are most unpleasant.
