Exactly Tegan. I have had plantar fasciitis for several months. The physio says because my feet pronate (flat and roll in), and I have connective tissue problems, I'm more likely to get it. It's not pleasant, but I have orthotics that help. The physio recommended various exercises, as well as two bowls of water from the tap, one hot, one cold, soak the feet alternately. Believe it or not, the relief is wonderful.
