Daily bath wash with shower gel and scrunch front and back bottom all squeaky clean,and and another wash if have to do number 2 after my bath

Sitting on your ar sit-upon for too long in the day encourages whiffs.

Daily shower with scrunchy thing and shower cream - slight spray of Femfresh and always use pant liners. I've never washed inside - always told it wasn't necessary as it's self cleaning.

Another wash after No 2!!! I have IBS and if I were to do that I would spend a large part of my life washing - it's quite enough to spend a large part of my life c****ing!!

I wouldn't wash the inside of my mouth with soap and so I wouldn't wash the inside of my other parts with soap either.

It's okay to wash the labia (outside bits), but do not douche the vagina (inner bit). Soap is often too harsh especially as we get older and things dry a little. For years I have used a mild wash called lactacid femina similar to femfresh, but it contains the same good bacteria that is naturally produced in the vagina. I get it from Boots, it lasts ages and I do wash daily I have no post menopausal dryness, whether this is down to luck or the Lactacid Femina wash, I don't know, but will keep using.

I have the same problem as many with frequent bowel movements. I have recently bought a thingy that looks a bit like a bed pan that you can fill with warm water and put over the toilet bowl and sit in it...instant bidet. It is great and gives a lovely feeling of freshness without having to reshower.
Not much water is used either.

Right on, nanakate! Had a brief but explicit lecture from my gynaecologist that I was NEVER to use anything but plain water to wash my vulva, that he sees lots of problems caused by 'products' and they are there for the manufacturer's benefit, not ours. Retailers like us to think we stink so that we buy more. Cotton next to the crotch is important so that our bits can breathe, tights are not good.

i use femfresh wipes followed by a spray of femfresh and have done so for something like 40 years. i've had no after effects or ill effects either.

i "go commando" as knicker elastic aggravates a couple of scars in my groin area even several years after my op but i have a clean pair of trousers every day - don't wear skirts as i need to hide a couple of scars on my knee and shin.

i can't get into a bath owing to arthritis but i do shower - and always use the femfresh afterwards!! just like i use an underarm deodorant daily.

I shower only ever using Johnsons Baby Wash in the pink bottle. I use it to wash all over plus my groin area and give it a good hand spray to rinse. I used Femfresh spray many years ago. Then I developed a Fibroid which led to a full "hysterical-rectum" as we called it in the office where I worked ! I often wondered if the was a connection.

I think its very healthy to talk about personal things. Plus it could just help someone who is shy or naive reading about these topics.

I use a bit of shower gel but mostly swish myself with water from shower head. I use moist toilet wipes for after number twos.

Yes Maizid, just get on with it either a good slosh round in the bath or a squirt with the shower but do we really have to discuss such intimate details here, I find it quite distasteful.
