Because I know you have all been waiting with bated breath to see how I got on with the biopsy I had recently, otherwise known as a LLetz, I am proud to tell you that my cervix has passed with flying colours. Nothing abnormal detected. Yeah!!! grin

Just google for reassurance. It is not cancer and will not develop into cancer. Usually goes away on its own. You would never receive bad news in a letter flowers

Take two! Recalled for a second colposcopy as they didn't get enough cells the first time round apparently. Results came earlier, I have CIN 1, whatever that means. Why do important letters always come on a Saturday when people are not there to phone up?

Depriving it's owner of red blood cells causing anemia causing light headedness, lack of energy, rushing sound in ear, generally feeling rubbish. Naughty uterus. Your job is done now, just give it up! grin

Oh dear. What's it been up to?

rubylady Tue 24-May-16 21:42:34

Lovely posts, very funny, just what I needed. Yes, the cervix has behaved itself and got a gold star but the uterus is currently sitting on the naughty step!

Didn't Kenny Rogers do, 'Roooooooooby, Don't take your love to town?'

Or have I got the wrong singer? confused

I do hope Grannyknot hasn't been googling Kenny Roger....cervix. shock

MiniMouse Sun 22-May-16 13:40:07

Wonderful news ruby! Did your waitress/waiter give you Silver Cervix at the restaurant? Sorry, couldn't resist blush

Nelliemoser Sun 22-May-16 13:22:46

Rubylady That is a relief for you.
I had a cone biopsy quite a long while ago after a dodgy smear and I had been very worried but it was clear. I had nearly forgotten all about it.

Judthepud2 Sun 22-May-16 13:17:30

Well done that part! ?

fiorentina51 Sun 22-May-16 12:46:21

Congratulations to you and your cervix.?

Grannyknot Sun 22-May-16 12:34:06

What an amusing thread. Did you show your cervix the letter? grin

What Kenny Rogers song?!

Good news! Your cervix deserves a glass of bubbly. Best you drink it yourself, though, eh. Getting thrown out of the restaurant might spoil your treat wink

merlotgran Sun 22-May-16 09:06:04

Good news, ruby. Your post about taking your cervix out to dinner will have me humming the Kenny Rogers song all day now. grin
