Kinesiotherapy Tape

I really am fed up of having my wrist and hand plus knee in strapping. Read that kinesiotheroy tape helps. Anyone used or uses it please?

No, but anything that will help my knees and one foot might be worth hearing about

I friend used to practice Keniesiology and she did tape up my painful shoulder, its a stretchy adhesive tape that helps support damaged muscles or injuries while they heal. It did support my shoulder although I had therapy on the shoulder too. I think you need to know how to apply it so it supports in the correct direction for the injury/damage you have.
Not sure I would be able to apply it correctly myself but it did help while I healed.
