For the last 5 years my hubby when he has his annual blood check for the meds he take, is now used to the early morning after urgent telephone from the gp (or hospital the first time, stating it was bordering on a medical emergency) to tell him that his potassium levels are low. Anyway, call came this morning, not as low as the previous years, he needs yet more potasium in his diet before they retest next week to see if that will bring his levels up, so he has to eat 3 bananas a day, I am using spinach, ordered him an advacado in my Asda shop due tomorrow, got broccoli, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, he had sardine salad for lunch, beef casserole for dinner and will do steak and veg for dinner tomorrow, has anyone any experience of this issue and can suggest any meal ideas to improve his pot uptake in diet, thanks in ant.

Sweet potatoes and non fat yogurt have a good dose of potassium!
