I thought I would pass on my experience using Emu Oil for aches and joint pain, years ago my mum gave me a bottle as recommended by her friend who had returned from Australia. I had neck pain from heaving books around. Well it worked, few years later a couple of finger joints started to thicken and ache so I tried Emu oil. Not only did it halt the swelling, it went down and I have no trouble. I mentioned it to a group I am in and lots of people reported good things related to their painful joints. Seven weeks ago I had shooting pain in thumb joint near the wrist, couldn't pick up jars, squeeze toothpaste or carry plates. I tried support bandage and ibuprofen gel to no avail. So last week I started a concerted routine of Emu oil and within two days noticed a difference and now a week later the wrist is almost back to normal. I don't know if my experience is coincidental but I don't believe so. The oil isn't cheap, but I think it's well worth the price. I promise I have no connection whatsoever to the brand I use, I just think if people are suffering its a pity not to pass the message. Added benefit of massaging hands is smooth skin and nails. Check it out online, Golden Emu Oil.

I remember Wogan going on about it. Great stuff by the sound of it! Glad it helps.
