Just to warn other users not to bother with this company. Although they promise 3-5 days delivery, it is now almost 4 weeks and still nothing has arrived. They take forever to answer livechat and respond to emails and refuse to cancel the order because (they claim) it is in transit. If it is, it must be coming from Mars! They also said it will take 14 days to issue a refund when I told them it was taking so long that I no longer wanted it (due to next day delivery from Amazon). How is that acceptable when electronic transfer of money takes seconds not weeks?
Expensive free range chicken was tasteless!
