I'm doing it in conjunction with WW as I need a way to control my sugar intake. The current WW 'points' system does that as 'smart points' are heavily weighted to sugary foods. Problem is we also eat out quite a lot, even so I've managed to lose about half a stone in seven weeks. Slow going, but I tell myself if I keep it up, that would be 52lbs in a year. Though I'd stop once I'd lost another stone.
