Could be a cystocele particularly as there's no discomfort or pain when peeing as wiyh cystitis, but do see your GP.
Try the Kegel exercises to strengthen everything down below. It's worth doing them anyway!
"To perform Kegel exercises, follow these steps:
Tighten (contract) your pelvic floor muscles. Hold the contraction for five seconds, then relax for five seconds.
Work up to holding the contraction for 10 seconds at a time.
Do three sets of 10 repetitions of the exercises each day".
I do them as much as possible when driving/washing up/watching telly, etc. even now while typing this....
