In my early 60s and live alone. I've always been health concious and watched my weight.I don't drive so for years have been ordering lots of healthy veg and food online for delivery every couple of weeks, and topping that up with stuff I can carry from local shops.
The problem I am finding now is that I have a fridge full of veg, a freezer with low fat meat yet I don't fancy any of it. Ì cook large pots of soup, Bolognese etc, and throw most of it away, and lots of veg go in the bin.
I know my taste buds have changed since chemotherapy, but I also know a lot of friends who buy from M & S food as and when needed, and wonder if this is what I should be doing now.
Do others find that buying food in advance is no longer a good idea ?
