Black Dog Gang

Hello, I am wondering if anyone wants or need to contribute to this site again. I have been on a maintenance dose of Fluoxetine for several years now but have found that I am descending into the black hole again. I saw my GP yesterday and she has doubled my dosage immediately and put me in touch with an organisation to whom I can talk. Are there any other helpful things I ought to know?! Thank you.
