Morning all, hope it a good one for all.
I have just been down my garden Annie picking fresh fruit for breakfast, strawberry blueberry and raspberry yummy. Not felt like eating for last few day but enjoyed breakfast this morning.. have you managed to get in your garden Annie I lost track of what’s happening with every one for a while there hopefully getting back on track a bit ??

Nandalot bringing up things one chooses to blank out is
bound to be upsetting .

Doodle, do you have the radio etc on? My DD who has tinnitus following an accident, cannot bear to be in a quiet room as the noise helps to drown out the tinnitus.
Annie, sorry therapy was painful, but you seem to have found something positive in it.

Blimey Annie , I wouldn't know where to start. Isolation is awful though so if anybody wants to chat to me they can either here or in a message. It's a nasty thing alright, depression.

It’s not the first school it’s happened in annie. It’s an ongoing problem. He’s ‘different’. I just wish they’d leave him in peace. I pray every night for him to be safe and happy. I just worry for him and his mum and dad.

Chewie the real you is still there , under the anxiety, fears and tears .

I am so fearful of walking down the front path, yet I climbed Snowdon several times, walking holidays in Scotland, Yorkshire , North Wales.

The physical me couldn’t now but me that person is still within , and the same for you .

I had quite a difficult therapy session today but I learned from it .

We must not give up hope , not one of us x

Oh chewy I’m so sorry you feel like that. Do you have family to support you. Anxiety and worry is awful. Combined with the panic attacks. I have been trying to give myself a good talking to today. If it was my problem I might be able to deal with it better but because my anxiety is around my DGS I am having a job getting myself back on track. Take care my dear x

It seems a lifetime ago when I wasn't anxious, afraid and tearful all the time. This isn't the real me. I'm fearful that the real me has gone forever and I'll be stuck as this worried, tearful and unhappy old woman for the rest of my life. I'd rather not be here than feel like this all the time.

Really down tonight. So worried about DGS. Quite exhausted with worry and my tinnitus is at orchestra volume! I know it is stress but can’t seem to calm down.

No one who posts on this thread is alone Elvive, we are here for each other, it was the reason for Batty starting the Black Dog Gang, so we can share and support as a group.

And when shared openly it helps others to join the thread if they feel alone
