Dontaskme that’s a commendable loss, very well done.

MooMoo I know exactly what you mean! I have lost 4 stone this year and had a "melted" diet face, to the point that I regretted losing the weight as I looked awful.

There will be negative comments regarding what I am about to say, but I'm now as happy as a pig in poo - I had fillers! My face now looks back to normal smile. Some may think it's mad to lose weight only to pay to have your face plumped back up BUT I looked so old, sad and saggy I hated it, whereas now I look like me again.

It wasn't pain free I'll admit, and as I only had it done a few days ago I do still have a bit of bruising, but then I do bruise easily. It wasn't as expensive as some may think and, for me anyway, worth every penny.

I'm not saying this is for everyone but it was the answer for me.

All the best smile

I really must do something about my weight. I am 67 and a bit on the plump side. I keep threatening to do a diet but seriously I don't want A diet face. What would you choose.
