Hallo, my friends,
Oh dear, I have fallen.
I was doing so well. I got through the weekend. Cravings were strong, but I read through your messages and that helped me so much.
Today I am so ashamed.
I have not only not attended my meeting, I am drunk,
Am lost. Xx

Tomorrow is a new start.
Put this behind you and move forward. Do go to the next AA and you will find support there. Everyone knows how hard this journey is but you have had success for several days and you can learn from this, pick yourself up, and move on.
Good luck Esmenonna

I was hypnotised and didnt drink for over 10 years. I started again, was a special occasion i think, but can go 3 or 4 weeks now until i fancy a glass of wine.

I gave up drinking suddenly due to an unrelated health scare. In fact the GP said that I shouldn't have given up all alcohol suddenly as I could have been very ill because of it. Luckily I was fine and luckily I don't crave it, now after being t total for 6 months I enjoy just one drink a day. So as others have said seek help just like you if you needed to lose weight and went to Weight Watchers. Good luck!

No you are not lost, tomorrow is another day. Pick your self up, dust yourself down and start again.
For your children's and granchildren and yourself please do not give up. Take all the help offered and yes please go to your doctor and tell them everything.
Good luck

You are not lost, you are on the right road but you took a little detour. Go back to the AA meeting and let us know how you get on. Good luck.

You can do this Esmenonna - it is just a blip. There will be others but concentrate on doing what is good for you DGG. Go to the next AA meeting. We are all behind you.
