My body’s thermostat doesn’t work!

Since 19, have had Raynaud’s syndrome in fingers. So coping with cold is tricky. Now, as I get older, heat is becoming such a problem. Today, felt like I was on point of collapse doing the simplest task. Hanging out laundry felt like I’d run a marathon. My circulation is obviously rubbish. And getting worse! I know. More exercise....

I have had Raynaud's in hands n feet since I was a small child. I took the drug treatment for a while over 20 years ago but the head aches that go with the treatment were worse than the disease , so I live with it.

Have you had a recent MOT Shizam? I'm finding the heat more of a challenge, stay indoors and keep cool but I think my major difficulty is atrial fibrillation where heat is concerned.

Iam64, I too have A/F but it's worse for me in winter months as I struggle to keep warm and my legs don't work properly because of circulation. This weather is fine for me, no A/F " episodes " and legs work properly.

Another Raynauds here! Mildly, thank goodness, affecting a few fingers only.
Interesting about heat, I have never been good with it, but never thought about Raynauds affecting me in a hot Summer.

Ah Shizam, dog loss is heart breaking and I suspect its that, rather than laziness. Try to put yourself first x
