I love it, and drink it sweetened with vinegar. I put a tablespoon of ACV into a mug, top up with boiling water and stir in a teaspoon of honey. I sip it through the day, hot at first like tea, then lukewarm and if there is any left I drink it cold.

Just had my first dose of it with some cooled boiled water and drunk through a straw, not particularly appetising I have to say ?

I tried it for a while and it just gave me terrific heartburn and gut ache. Never again.

Sorry about your aching legs though, I find exercise and massage helps, plus put my feet up as much as possible.

Supplements won't help.

I drink it’s supposed to be good for your gut and waist line yet to see any results.

My friend tried using it some years ago, I can’t remember if it helped or not but I do remember that the vinegar stripped the enamel off her teeth. Pretty sure she heard afterwards there was something she should have one after drinking the vinegar!

I have been suffering with aching legs since having Covid,l have tried a quite expensive seven seas joint care Supplex which has done nothing to alleviate the symptoms despite containing glucosamine and omega-3. So I thought I would try this more natural remedy would be grateful if anybody has any experiences of this?
