Thank you ladies. I will give the baby oil a go until I can get my hands on Zoff! ?

There is a spray that my dad used to remove the sticky from his skin where his stoma bag stuck

When I used HRT patches, I always used baby oil on cotton wool to remove the adhesive, it works well

You need something like Zoff, it's an adhesive remover for skin, available in pharmacies. They come in sachets, there's also a spray but I can't remember the name.

Don't use WD40!

Surgical spirit is worth trying, not on broken skin of course, but gently with cotton wool.

I had to give up as the glue was making me red and sore, but I suspect hairspray or WD40 would do it?

Hello ladies. Does anyone have a quick, easy way to remove the glue left on the skin when the HRT patch is taken off. I have always left it for a couple of days until it sort of dries out and then I scrape it off with my fingernails. However, lately, my skin sometimes breaks when I do that. So I would love to know if any of you ladies know of a better way. ?
