Typed a post, it disappeared?
Anyway try Childs Farm moisturiser, we are all different but it works for me.
Not a cure but controls it well for me.

Thanks for the recommendations. Any other thoughts on what you do to manage this condition would be appreciated. don't suppose anyone else had this start following having the AZ vaccine?

Have also developed this problem, ointment from Drs seems to exacerbate the condition, am using Aveeno at present, but thanks for the tip re Dermol 500, as forehead not clearing, so will try that. Hope it improves for you and everyone that has this problem.

Dermol 500.. Defo worth a go as "rascal" said excellent stuff.

I use Dermol 500 moisturiser. You can use it to wash and rub it on as a moisturiser too. Worth a try? I hope things settle for you soon. Best wishes flowers

I can highly recommend hydromol as a moisturiser (and body wash) but feel it wise you check with your pharmacist before use. It can be prescribed or bought over the counter.

I have had inflamed legs. Not anymore. I use Aqueous cream. Its cheaper in Poundland than high street chemists

I’ve been using Cetraben, I too have only recently (6 months) had this problem, I’ve had to change shampoo to Nizoral as well.

I'm currently having a problem with this and although I seem to have the inflammation under control, my skin is very dry and cracked. Can anyone advise me on what is the safest moisturiser to use. Initially I was using Diprobase emmolient but it seems to have started another flare up. I'm in my 70's, never had any skin problems before but recently I have been having a bit of a miserable time. Help!
