I haven’t had a flu vaccine yet this year but I was very tired for a couple of days after I had one last year. And when I mentioned it to the pharmacist when I had a pneumonia jab she said that she hadn’t thought about it but now someone had mentioned it that she had felt very tired when she had hers so it obviously wasn’t an age thing. DH was tired too. So I’m expecting to be tired again this year.

Had my Flu Jab at GP;s suregery on Saturday.. All very well organised - think they had called in many of their over-80 year old patients. Constant stream of people arriving at one entrance, and leaving at a different one. About four stations giving these jabs.

Not sure how it has been decided what they are protecting us agai nst this year, as I understand that there have not been enough 'flu, for them to carry out usual research.

Never mind, it will give some protection and I have have had a few very bad bouts of 'flu in the past. Will do almost anything to avoid repeating that again.

Only a very tiny bruise where the needle went into my arm not really sore, but - I have found that I am extremely tired all of the time, and keep having to doze every couple of hours for a short time. Had a similar re-action to the first of my Covid jabs.

Anyone else on here experienced any sort of reaction to this years jab?
