Internal vibration

I have it too. The GP investigated but couldn't solve it. She gave me betablockers to try but they made me breathless and didn't work. I have just learned to live with it and barely notice it now, in fact I think it has lessened since I lost some weight.

I’ve definitely had that in the past.
You feel like you are shaking; but it’s just inside. It’s not visible.
I have felt it mainly in my head and to a lesser extent my upper body.

Hi all I am new and am wanting to speak about a feeling of internal vibration I have been having that I get when I wake up in the night, wanted to know of these symptoms ring a bell to anyone
