Had one about 15 years ago and it was eventually consigned to the loft and I really don’t fancy going up there ferreting about for it so I have treated myself to a new one. I’m going to make green juices and start my morning off with them. I also have a NUTRiBULLET which I make fruit smoothies in and I know they can contain quite a bit of sugar but I am trying to stop the sugar I am eating at the moment (cakes,bran flakes WITH half a Pot of Elmlea double!!) Just waiting for results of blood tests and I am not optimistic. Any experience and favourite recipes fromanyone would be gratefully received. Thank you in anticipation. Oh I also have a soup maker which is consigned to the back of the cupboard,hasn’t quite made it to the loft yet,I might have to dust that off as well ?
