Flue and water infection

Had a bad dose of flue plus a urine infection. Flue nearly gone but not the other, don't want anti biotics but cranberry juice not working. Be grateful of any suggestions please.

You can get good quality dMannose from Sweet Cures in the UK - and they sell urine test strips.

But it does need to be treated- last thing you want is infection 'up your flue'.
