Tingling mouth

I get a tingling burning sensation in my mouth usually after I've eaten sweet things, maybe even sometimes salty... it feels like I've eaten a chilly pepper my tongue and lips are usually burning

I have a condition called Burning Mouth syndrome that comes and goes sometimes it lasts for weeks. It feels just as describe my doctor/dentist both said it was hard to treat and said such ice and take painkillers but nothing really works I've just learnt to live with it now.

Yes I have this. The Dr says it’s burning mouth syndrome. I’ve had blood tests and there’s nothing amiss 🤞 sometimes it’s worse than others but I’ve no idea why, apparently it’s common during the menopause but I’m well past that and still have it. I eat ice lollies when it’s bad.
