Flarin and IBS Query

Never heard of this but would be interested to know if it’s something I could use. Crohn’s disease.

In view of the current NHS situation, I'd rather not bother my doctor about this issue at present. Instead, I'll try and contact the company that manufactures Flarin ("Infirst Healthcare")
and see what they have to say about this apparent "gamechanger" in the world of ibuprofen painkillers in relation to IBS.

Flarin is an Ibuprofen painkiller. It states that quite clearly on the patient information leaflet.

Those with an IND are told to avoid ibuprofen

There is some information online , I just typed in Flarin in to Google and there was plenty of info it is also available to purchase from Amazon, it does say the active ingredient is "encased" in a gel so that it gentler on the stomach. I appreciate you don't want to bother your GP, but why not ask in your pharmacy to speak to the pharmacist they often know more about drugs and how they react than GP. We are being encouraged to use their expertise more they days for medication queries.
