Interstitial cystitis

I am not sure I have any helpful advice but I just wanted to acknowledge how horrible this is. I had it years ago, I didnt have biopsies, but lots of other tests and antibiotics as constant blood in urine. After months mine just vanished. At the time I was working, young family etc, and i do wonder if stress was a trigger. Please be persistent with your gp dont let them fob you off.

Let's hope your GP can help. The only thing you could try is Waterfall D-mannose while waiting, it does help urinary infections

I have been diagnosed with this very recently I feel constant discomfort in the bladder and seem to have cystitis frequently at the operation they took two biopsies. Since then which was around four weeks ago my wee is light brown and smells awful.

Anyone else with this condition and any suggestions for cures? I don’t really want more antibiotics! I have a telephone call booked with my GP soon.
