Hi GNs, does anyone take these supplements either pill or powder form.. have heard some supplements help with OA and wondered if anyone has tried them and which ones were they- seems to be many on online and would love personal recommendations 🌼

There's one specifically for OA knees but can't remember the name..or , do any of you take glucosamine instead?

That’s rather a long link! Here’s a shorter version.

Sorry, lost my first post. The link is to a website giving advice on how to choose a supplement.

Hey there! I've tried a few supplements for OA and found glucosamine and turmeric to be helpful. Remember, what works can vary, so consulting a healthcare pro is a good idea. Best of luck in finding what suits you! 🌼

I've been taking collagen for years, and yes, it has helped me with joints.
I take a brand called Activite. They're in UK, not sure where you are?

I take Healthspan supplements: glucosamine, turmeric, marine collagen.
Have a look at their website, there are articles to read as well.
My joints feel fine, but if I decide I don't need to take them for a month or so I know about it and soon start again!
