Looking for a Pilates-yoga online video

Hi’ I’m hoping someone can recommend one. I used to do
Pilates for years but chronic illness & back problem stopped me. I’ve gotten back into it a couple of times now, regained some strength etc.. but eventually my back becomes v painful again and I have to stop. It’s been nearly 2 years since I stopped this time.

So, once more I’m looking for a beginner’s Pilate and/or yoga video online that’s gentle and suitable for a now, very unfit, woman.

TIA

Better5 do lots of different classes. You have to pay for them but they are quite reasonable. There are examples on YouTube, which you can look at for free.

I have chronic back pain. Zumba has been my saviour. Good workout without additional back pain.

Another recommendation for Rachel 'girl with the pilates mat' she does seniors' beginner pilate workouts, some sitting, which are gentle and simple. Just do as little or as much as you feel is suitable.

Fitness with Cindy is online and she does a lot of work for people sitting in a chair. And it’s free.

Try Rest Less Events, they do classes on line.

Another Recommendation for Rachel - Girl with the palates mat. On you tube, she does a couple of senior ones very good for beginners.
They are free, I wouldn’t pay for online sessions. So many free ones to choose from.

Have a look at Goldster, they have Pilates, tai chi, yoga and many many more classes on line for a small subscription (first month free). I also rate Adrienne on YouTube

I'm so impressed by everybody, I don't do any sort of 'formal' exercise, I just get so bored by it my mind drifts and I forget what I am supposed to be doing. Years ago I used to play badminton twice a week, rounders twice a week and horse riding 5 times a week and loved that. Now it's just walking and gardening. Even when I broke my hip I struggled to concentrate on doing the exercises at home provided by my physiotherapist. What motivates you all.

Girl with the Pilates mat is excellent!

Gala

Have a look at “gentle stretch class for seniors” on utube. Lots of movements similar to beginners pilates. Might be a good way to get back in.

I fell foul of them too Gala - I thought I'd cancelled the subscription and only found I hadn't when my bank contacted me! They blocked the payment and I finally got Better Me to cancel

I do a zoom pilates class with an excellent teacher who asks you to fill in a health form before you start and adds personal advice into a session if she thinks you need to adjust an exercise. She's on holiday just now but this is her website. You pay what you can afford with an advised cost of around £6
