I watched the Netflix film about Twin experiment with food ie one twin did Vegan and other did Meat ... the footage of animals was horrendous and the filth they have to live in was unbelivable ... I cannot eat meat / fish anymore so am going Vegan for my health ... I challenge anyone to watch the footage and then sit down to a steak meal !

Just a point which other country dwellers or farmers may bear out - not all animals are reared in squalid conditions without regard for their health and well being.

If you cannot eat meat / fish anymore that isn't really to do with the film I suppose though.

Interestingly non of the participants changed to a totally vegan diet after the experiment.

I don't know anything about the experiment. What was the purpose? And who funded the study?

Was it actually a "study"?

I started to watch it but there was far too much waffle to pad it out. I’m always sceptical when American made programmes tell us how to eat.

I watched a program about how meat chickens are treated and killed, I havent been able to eat it since.

It was the only meat I used to eat as I did not see chickens as intelligent or pet like as larger animals
