I had the Moderna about 10 days ago and the aches and shivers and flu like symptoms are only just wearing off. I have had the Astra and Pffeizer jabs with no adverse results apart from a slight ache in the arm.

I had my eighth ab this morning, six have been Pfizer with no reaction, however I slept for about 36 hours after the Moderna one. Guess what I had today?! I need to be fit tomorrow as I am volunteering at our allotment cafe selling coffee and cake, have to make the cake this afternoon, hoping for no reaction this time!confused

Mine on Monday was Moderna for the first time. I reckon this is my 8th (auto immune issues). My arm is sore as per usual, but no other side effects.

Mine was Moderna too

I had mine yesterday and my arm has come up in a sore swelling under the skin like a ping pong ball, but worst of all I have suddenly begun aching from head to foot like flu. Every inch of me hurts, even the backs of my hands.

I do have a lot of health conditions so maybe I’m extra vulnerable but I feel rough!

Sorry to hear that others are suffering. Let’s hope we soon feel better.

I had the Moderna last Saturday. I slept all afternoon , I felt flu like aches exhaustion and chills all week., though with gradual improvement. Our practice nurse said yes more reaction to it but Moderna thought to be more effective
I’ve had no reaction to previous jabs

Had my booster on Thursday and feel to-day as if I have flu, so it must be kicking in. You just have to roll with it; it won't last long.

I ve never had any effects never even had a sore arm or even known where it’s gone in I have my 8th one this next Saturday so watch this space 🤣

We had ours yesterday - was apprehensive as it was the Moderna one not Pfizer as we’ve had before. Both OK apart from the usual sore/stiff arm…

Yes. It will wear off. Mine was 2-4 days. Felt like 'flu.

I felt very tired and had a sore arm but it wore off after a couple of days.

Let’s hope it just lasts 24 hours, I have lots of seedlings to repot! At least the sun is shining for a change.

ALL of mine have "flattened" me!

This was my husband's 7th COVID jab. He's never even had a sore arm before. This time his arm was sore, his limbs and eyes were hurting and he felt exhausted. It only lasted 24 hours though.

I think I've been lucky as my arm was extremely sore for one day after the jab and gradually eased of within 2 days. Like you GIN I certainly couldn't raise it at all after a few hours it was so painful. As for the vaccination itself - I didn't feel a thing and thought I'd got away with it!!!! Still I kept telling myself it's better than covid

I have lost count of the number of Covid jabs I have had, all with no side effects. However, the one I had yesterday has absolutely flattened me. My arm is so sore I cannot raise it, getting myself dressed this morning was agonising. I also feel very feverish and ‘off’. My husband had his las week and also felt dreadful. Has any one else suffered similarly?
